Want to be part of Submerge Festival?
Help us make it happen!

Submerge is a brand new festival, working with artists who have unusual outlooks and thus unusual needs. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers, of all ages, who want to be a part of helping us make this happen and get the chance to get closer to the artists involved in the festival.

You will be passionate about a range of artforms and keen to learn more about how festivals tick. In exchange for your time, you will receive perks like free tickets and Q&A’s with the Submerge Artistic Director and Associate Producer. Roles range from artist liaison, audience assistance, box office and general event assistance.

To register your interest in helping out, please send an email to [email protected] or hit this link to read more.

The Final Fathom

We’ve programmed a great festival, but there’s one thing missing. Are you The Final Fathom?

The Submerge team have programmed a dynamic festival of audiovisual art, parties, performances, gigs, installations and mysterious artistic experiences for 2016. Our festival will take place across a number of extraordinary and underground venues. We think we’ve got a great lineup, but we’d like to support one more artist or group in the programme.

We are seeking an existing work (with strong documentation) which broadly fits the theme “Fathoms” for inclusion in the festival. An honorarium of £150 per artist/group will be available in addition to travel and accommodation costs.

NB: Applications for the Final Fathom closed midnight Sunday 23rd October.
